“A Place Where Shoreline & Fairway Meet”

Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club is a private, members only club.  There are two 18-hole championship-caliber golf courses and practice facilities at both courses that include driving ranges, putting greens, and short game complexes. Johnny Warren Golf Academy is located on the north end of the Fairvue Course practice facility. Private Clubhouse dining is available at both the Fairvue and Foxland clubhouses and pools.  There are four intimate spaces perfect for private business meetings, dinners, and gatherings. Each course has private men’s and women’s locker rooms. Tennessee Grasslands has a variety of activities and amenities to offer all of the members and their guests: Two swimming facilities, Two fitness centers, and guest cottages which are located on the property at Fairvue. Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club is known for having one of the most social and active membership bases in the Middle Tennessee region. At Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club, members boast of the relationships they have developed within. The family-friendly atmosphere of the club promotes camaraderie through a multitude of social events and activities. While the golf course may be the centerpiece of Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club, by no means is it the only reason members choose to join. Membership satisfaction is always top of mind, and Club staff treats every member and their guests as though they are the only ones at Fairvue. Fairvue prides itself on upholding the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Tennessee Grasslands’ Loss Control insurance company recently conducted an extensive review of the operations of both Clubs owned by Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club. The purpose was to provide recommendations on how to improve their overall risk and liability exposure. Two areas that are of significant concern is use of the cart paths and activities at Gracie Lake. The Loss Control company recommended enhance placement of signage alerting every one of the restricted use of the golf cart paths and fishing at Gracie Lake. This golf season, Tennessee Grasslands has received numerous complaints in regard to the cart paths and golf courses being utilized for other activities not related to golf. In order to reduce Tennessee Grasslands risk and liability exposure, they have posted additional signage on both golf courses and replaced stolen signs on Gracie Lake. The Fairvue Plantation HOA has partnered with Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club to communicate to our residents that the cart paths and golf course are not open to public use at any time. This includes walking, running, walking dogs, or biking on the cart paths, fishing on Gracie Lake, playing golf or utilizing personal carts (unless registered to play at the club) on golf course properties. We ask all residents to abide the rules that Golf course property is for registered Members and guests only.
