Tennessee Grasslands’ Loss Control insurance company recently conducted an extensive review of the operations of both Clubs owned by Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club. The purpose was to provide recommendations on how to improve their overall risk and liability exposure. Two areas that are of significant concern is use of the cart paths and activities at Gracie Lake. The Loss Control company recommended enhance placement of signage alerting every one of the restricted use of the golf cart paths and fishing at Gracie Lake. This golf season, Tennessee Grasslands has received numerous complaints in regard to the cart paths and golf courses being utilized for other activities not related to golf. In order to reduce Tennessee Grasslands risk and liability exposure, they have posted additional signage on both golf courses and replaced stolen signs on Gracie Lake. The Fairvue Plantation HOA has partnered with Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club to communicate to our residents that the cart paths and golf course are not open to public use at any time. This includes walking, running, walking dogs, or biking on the cart paths, fishing on Gracie Lake, playing golf or utilizing personal carts (unless registered to play at the club) on golf course properties. We ask all residents to abide the rules that Golf course property is for registered Members and guests only.To learn more, click the link at the bottom of this page.
